Kenya police killed at least 33 people in Nairobi during demos sparked off by August 8 presidential poll results, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch research shows. Mr Odinga, in a press statement, also pointed an accusing figure at the acting Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matinag'i and the Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet accusing them of "facilitating security officers to execute a murderous expedition against unarmed and innocent civilians". In the first call from the Rehabilitation Center at Hollywood Hills during the early hours of September 13, an unidentified employee tells the dispatcher a patient is in cardiac arrest. The second call came an hour later. "She's not breathing." "Her fingers started to change color". The nursing home and rehabilitation center is now a homicide investigation crime scene after the state revoked the facility's license on September 20 and the home laid off all 245 workers the same day. Restart a Heart Day was launched by the Resuscitation Council (UK) along with the British Heart Foundation, British Red Cross, St John Ambulance and Yorkshire Ambulance Service. Pupils at the Duchess's Community High School in Alnwick have been learning CPR today - Restart a Heart Day. A family from Sheffield are among those backing the campaign after 52-year-old Nigel Colton was resuscitated by his 15-year-old son Herbie.

Dan Rushing received the settlement after suing the city of Orlando, according to the Orlando Sentinel . Mr Rushing spent 10 hours in jail before being released on a bond. "These things have been around since the 1990s", he said. "I just want to say thank you to him", she said.
