City officials cautioned in a news release that the arrested person is not yet confirmed as "the perpetrator sought in these cases", but had a warrant against him for violating probation. In two cases, Narcan was not effective in the field, but a high dose of Narcan at the hospital was effective in combating the overdose effects. The case was highlighted in the August 10 online edition of BMJ Case Reports . According to Health , the woman's left upper eyelid was swelling and drooping for six months. We concluded that the lens migrated into the eyelid following trauma and was dormant for 28 years.
