Mr Trump's travel ban, which the Supreme Court partially reinstated in June, bars residents of six Muslim-majority countries from entering the U.S. unless they have a "bona fide relationship" with a family member in the country. The Trump administration said it should not, meaning such refugees would be barred. A 911 operator was able to talk the new mum through the birth on Sunday morning, New York Post reports. "So she delivered the placenta also", Assistant Fire Chief Eloy Garcia told the Miami Herald . "Florida is bracing for a severe disaster and OH is glad to help in any way we can, just as we did in Texas", Kasich said Saturday.
