In a joint statement from Peta and Mr Slater, it said the photographer will give a quarter of the funds he receives from selling the monkey selfies to registered charities "dedicated to protecting the welfare or habitat of Naruto". The battle over who owns the rights to a monkey's selfies has raged for years, but it's coming to a quiet end. China is North Korea's main ally and by far its biggest trading partner, including for oil shipments. The exchange rate stood at 3.4010 by 5 p.m. The 5 percent growth rate for the first quarter was also revised up to 5.2 percent.
