Salt Lake City Police detective who arrested University of Utah nurse Alex Wubbels has been, fired from the department, his attorney confirms. Skordas also questioned whether Payne's behavior warranted being fired. Tracy arrived on scene after the arrest and forcefully told a handcuffed Wubbels that she should have allowed the blood draw.
