Mr Monzalvez, who worked for an oil company, was with another Argentinian and three Namibians when he was killed. An elephant such as this one charged a group of trophy hunters in Namibia . Local police from the Otjozondjupa region confirmed Monzalvez did have a hunting permit for Namibia and was attempting to run away from the wild animal before he was caught in the commotion. This was done after a memo was issued to the school by the District Collector which said that a political leader should not be allowed to hoist a flag in an aided school which would be deemed inappropriate. Ahead of the flag hoisting, the RSS and BJP strongly criticised the move and blamed the ruling CPI (M) for the diktat. North Korean ambassadors to the key countries have been summoned to Pyongyang for foreign policy consultations amid the deteriorating situation around the Korean Peninsula, South Korea's Yonhap News Agency reported on Monday. North Korea's military had said last week it would finalize and send to Kim for approval the plan to fire four ballistic missiles near Guam, which is about 3,200 kilometers (2,000 miles) from Pyongyang. James Alex Fields Jr , of OH, allegedly drove the vehicle into the counter-protesters, killing Heyer as she crossed the street. He's only 20 years old. Friends report that Heyer is often moved to tears whenever she turns on the TV or computer and witnesses injustices in the world. According to Dye's Twitter, Stallings will be rescheduling this event "as soon as doctors release him". Those events have been postponed, according to a report from AL.com's Mark Heim .
