China, North Korea's main ally and trading partner, and Russian Federation both supported the sanctions on Pyongyang, but have also urged the United States and South Korea to scrap the military drills . North Korea has previously issued similar war-like rhetoric whenever US and South Korean troops conduct major joint exercises. The flood situation in Bihar is worsening due to heavy rains and the Indian army has been playing a major role in rescuing people affected in the state. The exercises between South Korea and the U.S. have been held annually for more than 40 years. It added that the planes inflicted "massacres" in several neighbourhoods, including al-Sakhani and al-Bado. It is estimated that some 300,000 civilians are trapped inside Raqqah, including 80,000 displaced from other parts of Syria. TWO trains have collided at 69th Street Terminal station in Philadelphia injuring at least 33 passengers. The passenger said "there was blood everywhere". Thirty-three people, including the train's operator, sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the accident , according to the spokesperson.
