A deputy with the Western Colorado Drug Task Force pulled over the teen near mile post 13 in Fruita. According to investigators, 22-year-old German Michel-Arreola and 19-year-old Irene Michel-Arreola were also inside the vehicle. The 13-year-old boy is being held at the Grand Mesa Youth Services Center. The boy and his two passengers were all arrested and charged with various felony drug charges including manufacturing, possession and distribution of the drug. (more...)
